Job summary

Samsara is seeking an Implementation Consultant to manage deployment of our Connected Operations Cloud at customer sites across the United States. You will own the customer relationship and define a project plan to achieve quick time to value, working with Sales, Support, Sales Engineering, and Product in a cross-functional capacity.

This role requires travel to customer sites up to 30% of the time and involves coordinating workshops, training, and change management to ensure successful

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in an implementation consultant, project manager, or onboarding role.
• Enterprise SaaS and hardware experience preferred.
• Strong project management skills with ability to follow methodologies.
• Experience supporting or working with technical products.
• Excellent consultative skills with end-to-end system implementations.

Responsibilities

• Be the Samsara advisor, managing deployment of Samsara technology to customers.
• Lead solution workshops to develop L1 processes for business process.
• Guide customers through change management including policy, communications and training.
• Run training sessions and demonstrate Samsara’s technology to executives and end users.
