Job summary

Zoom is seeking a results‑driven Implementations Specialist to drive onboarding for a high‑volume mix of growth and commercial customers. You will run workshops, map CRM structures, and connect technical setup to customers’ sales and marketing workflows.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in SaaS implementation, customer success, onboarding, or similar technical role.
• Hands-on knowledge of CRM infrastructure including Salesforce and/or HubSpot.
• Familiarity with B2B GTM ecosystem and associated tools.
• Experience with sales, marketing, or revenue operations data dependencies.
• Strong facilitation and clear communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Excellent organization with multi-engagement management and proactive mindset.
• Baseline technical curiosity and use of AI tools to improve deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Lead 15+ concurrent implementations for growth and commercial customers through onboarding frameworks.
• Conduct architecture discovery sessions mapping CRM structures, data sources, and GTM tooling.
• Configure core integrations including CRM connectors (Salesforce, HubSpot) and data warehouses (Snowflake, S3).
• Drive milestones across kickoff, workshops, and enablement training on platform value.
• Guide integration across GTM ecosystem including sales engagement and marketing automation.
• Track progress, manage delivery risk, and escalate blockers to CS Engineering when needed.
• Partner with Customer Success for smooth handoffs at close of each implementation.
• Identify recurring patterns and contribute improvements to playbooks and delivery systems.
