Job summary

Zoom is hiring for an Implementation professional to drive onboarding and successful rollout for a high-volume growth and commercial customer base. You will lead structured onboarding, map CRM configurations to GTM workflows, and connect technical setup to customers' sales and marketing processes.

You will work across Salesforce/HubSpot integrations, data warehouse connections, and activation workflows, while partnering with CS to ensure smooth handoffs and continuous playbook improvements.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in SaaS implementation, customer success, onboarding, or similar technical role.
• Hands-on CRM experience with Salesforce and/or HubSpot, including objects, mapping, reporting, and routing logic.
• Familiar with B2B GTM ecosystem and implementation platforms across sales engagement, marketing automation, and data warehouses.
• Experience collaborating with B2B sales, marketing, or RevOps teams and understanding typical personas and data dependencies.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Excellent organization and time management across multiple engagements.
• Baseline technical curiosity and active use of AI tools to improve deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Lead 15+ concurrent implementations for growth and commercial customers from kickoff through launch.
• Conduct architecture discovery to map CRM structures, data sources, and GTM tooling.
• Configure core integrations including CRM connectors (Salesforce, HubSpot) and data warehouses (Snowflake, S3).
• Drive milestones across kickoff, workshops, and enablement training on platform mechanics and value.
• Coordinate integration across GTM ecosystem including sales engagement and marketing automation.
• Track progress, manage risk, and escalate blockers to CS Engineering when needed.
• Partner with Customer Success for smooth handoffs at close and contribute to playbooks and documentation.
• Identify recurring patterns and propose improvements to delivery systems.
