EHS Insight is hiring a Customer Success Implementation Specialist to onboard customers and tailor the platform to their needs. The role requires configuring EHS Insight using a mix of JavaScript, XML, and SQL, learning the proprietary configuration language, and understanding API calls via Postman.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of SQL Server queries, XML, JSON, and JavaScript.
• Experience calling APIs using Postman.
• Advanced Excel skills (functions, macros, pivot tables).

Responsibilities

• Become a product expert and contribute to platform improvements.
• Gather customer requirements, determine solutions, and implement in EHS Insight.
• Serve as technical point of contact for the client team and configure the system.
• Diagnose, debug, and document issues in the platform.
• Provide timely responses to high-priority tickets and incidents.
• Work with limited supervision and take initiative.
• Respond to inquiries via FreshDesk ticketing system.
• Assist clients in understanding the API and setting up roles, modules, reports, etc.
• Conduct demos and meetings regarding integration planning and configuration.
