Job summary

ClearGov is hiring an experienced Implementation Consultant to lead onboarding, activation, and adoption of our budgeting platform for state and local government entities. You will own end-to-end implementation and deliver paid services, while coordinating with Sales, CSMs, Product, and Support for a seamless customer experience.

Requirements include 3–5 years of SaaS implementations or client-facing projects, strong project management, and proven training skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years leading SaaS implementations or client-facing projects.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with deadlines.
• Strong skills in scope management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder management.
• Experience delivering paid services against an SOW and managing budgeted hours.
• Confident trainer/facilitator, able to run workshops virtually or in person.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end implementation lifecycle for new clients (config, training, go-live).
• Deliver Guided and Premium implementation services across the Budgeting Suite.
• Serve as primary client contact during implementation and early adoption.
• Collaborate with Sales to ensure smooth handoffs and aligned expectations.
• Deliver paid professional services including Packaged Services and trainings.
• Track adoption and progress, identify opportunities for additional services.
