Job summary

Gatekeeper is seeking an Implementation Consultant to be the trusted technical contact for a portfolio of customers, guiding them from implementation through their long-term adoption journey.

You will translate business processes into efficient Gatekeeper workflows, manage configuration requests, and help maximize value while driving renewals. This role offers remote work with travel for national and international engagements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a customer-facing technical role supporting SaaS implementations.
• Passion for helping customers succeed and interest in SaaS customer success models.
• Experience achieving implementation milestones and Time to First Value.
• Analytical, detail oriented, and skilled in data mapping and migration.
• Interest in AI advancements and applying AI tools to work.

Responsibilities

• Be the technical point of contact for a portfolio of customers.
• Guide customers from implementation to long-term success and adoption.
• Handle configuration requests and data updates.
• Translate business processes into Gatekeeper workflows.
• Provide first-line technical support and resolve issues with the team.
• Document configurations and monitor customer health and usage.
• Identify expansion opportunities and support renewals.
• Stay up to date with product releases and AI advancements.
