Job summary

HSP Group is seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to manage a portfolio of global customers remotely from the United States. You will drive expansion opportunities, protect renewals, and act as the trusted advisor across Sales, Operations, Compliance, and Delivery teams.

You will oversee migrations to GateWay, deliver onboarding, training, and ongoing enablement while maintaining high-value relationships and ensuring customers realize value in every market where HSP operates.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in Customer Success or related field, with international expansion focus.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding expansion/upsell targets.
• Strong understanding of EOR, payroll, compliance in international expansion.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of customer accounts post-handover from Sales and manage full lifecycle from onboarding to renewal and expansion.
• Serve as primary contact and trusted advisor, coordinating cross-team support.
• Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders to drive retention and growth.
• Develop strategic Account Plans, map stakeholders, and identify growth opportunities.
• Monitor account health, address risks early, and prevent churn.
• Lead Half-Year Business Reviews and regular service reviews with customers.
• Support migration to GateWay platform and drive adoption post-migration.
• Share customer insights to drive product and service improvements.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce records and support the wider CS team.
