Zusammenfassung

Gatekeeper is seeking a Solutions Engineer to be a trusted technical contact for a portfolio of customers, guiding them from implementation through ongoing adoption. You will configure workflows, manage data, and collaborate with sales and engineering to maximize value and renewals.

You will build deep product knowledge, translate business processes into Gatekeeper workflows, and proactively identify growth opportunities while staying current with AI advancements and new releases.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience in a customer facing technical role (like Technical Support, IT, Junior Implementation, or similar) helping SaaS deployments.
• Genuine passion for helping customers succeed and interest in SaaS customer success models.
• Experience in achieving implementation milestones including Time to First Value and success criteria.
• Analytical mindset, enjoys learning new software, configuration management and data migration.
• Keen to explore AI advancements and how to apply them in customer work.

Aufgaben

• Partner with the Senior Solutions Engineer and Account Director to manage a portfolio of established customers as their technical point of contact.
• Lead the full customer journey from implementation to long-term success and ensure phased implementation metrics are met.
• Handle day-to-day technical actions: configuration requests, workflow updates, user permissions, data updates.
• Translate customer business processes into efficient Gatekeeper workflows.
• Serve as first-line technical support, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with teams for rapid resolutions.
• Build deep relationships to understand business goals and usage requirements.
• Advocate for customer needs and suggest platform enhancements.
• Monitor customer health and usage, identify optimization opportunities from product releases.
• Document configurations and interactions for transparency across teams.
• Identify expansion opportunities and pass to Account Director.
• Support renewals by preparing data for strategic reviews and illustrating long-term value.
• Stay up-to-date with new product releases and AI advancements.
