Job summary

Gong is seeking a hands-on Consultant to guide Mid-Market and Small Enterprise customers through deployment and initial adoption of the Gong platform. You will be the primary functional expert, ensuring measurable business outcomes quickly and effectively.

As part of the North America Professional Services Delivery team, you will manage multiple projects, perform process mapping, solution configuration, and QA, while collaborating with customer tech teams to validate data and ensure a smooth

Qualifications

• 4+ years of consulting in a customer-facing role, SaaS preferred.
• Experience managing stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, RevOps.
• Strong knowledge of revenue operations and related processes.
• Hands-on configuration and troubleshooting with CRM platforms.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for customer teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct discovery and map revenue workflows to define Gong solutions.
• Perform hands-on Gong configuration to match the design.
• Design and document the solution with workflow blueprints.
• Support change management and user adoption post go-live.
• Own QA, test scenarios, UAT, and post-go-live hypercare.
• Collaborate with customer technical teams on data and integrations.
