Job summary

Copeland seeks a Business Development Manager, SaaS Solutions to drive software revenue across assigned accounts and territories from a remote US setup. You will own the SaaS pipeline, develop new markets, and lead enterprise proposals and RFP/RFT responses.

You will collaborate with account-aligned Sales Managers, build ROI cases, and navigate IT and cybersecurity reviews while expanding the attach rate and recurring revenue in a global climate tech portfolio.

Qualifications

• Five (5) or more years of quota-carrying software or SaaS sales experience.
• Proven new-business hunting with outbound prospecting and market research.
• Experience preparing enterprise proposals, RFPs, RFTs or tender submissions.

Responsibilities

• Own SaaS pipeline generation, qualification and forecast accuracy.
• Prospect into new and underdeveloped accounts with outbound efforts.
• Manage the full sales cycle from engagement to contract execution.
• Collaborate with Sales Managers to identify software opportunities.
