Job summary

CampusGuard, a Nelnet Company, is seeking a Customer Success Manager to own the client lifecycle across onboarding, adoption, and renewal, ensuring measurable outcomes from our SaaS platform and consulting services. The role partners with clients as trusted advisors, monitors health, mitigates risks, and coordinates internal teams to deliver value and foster long‑term retention.

Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States, with 3–5 years in SaaS or services, a Bachelor’s degree,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, PM, InfoSec, or related field.
• PCIP certification required within the first 12 months.
• Preferred: coursework or certification in customer success, PM, or info security.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end client success lifecycle including onboarding, success planning, ongoing engagement, and renewal support.
• Develop and maintain documented client success plans with outcomes, milestones, and adoption goals.
• Monitor client health using engagement data, compliance status, and platform utilization.
• Identify risks or barriers and implement mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate executive‑level reviews to communicate progress and value.
• Serve as primary strategic contact, building long-term client relationships.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery to ensure timely, high-quality execution.
• Drive platform adoption through outreach and training coordination.
• Identify expansion opportunities and partner with Sales with contextual insights.
