Job summary

Longbow Advantage is seeking a Business Development Representative to join Rebus’ rapidly expanding sales organization. You will develop new business leads, qualify opportunities, and book pitch meetings while collaborating across teams to refine the outbound strategy.

This role offers remote work from Canada with sales across Canada and the United States, a competitive compensation package, and strong growth potential within a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year+ experience in a BDR role preferably in a SaaS consulting industry.
• BS/BA preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication, organizational and analytical skills.
• Very strong work ethic with confidence to work autonomously.
• Highly motivated to succeed both individually.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business leads and enhance existing relationships.
• Utilize prospecting and research tools, coord with reps to qualify opportunities; book pitch meetings.
• Strategize with team to improve the sales development process.
• Conduct sales development best practices with email, phone, and social drips using enablement tech.
• Work with sales to develop and implement prospect communication plans.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure quality demonstrations.
