Job summary

TxtCart is hiring a full-time Account Executive to close new business in the SMB and mid-market Shopify segment. You’ll own the sales cycle from discovery to close, manage a personal pipeline, run high-converting demos, and hit quota in a fast-moving, quota-carrying environment.

You’ll collaborate with the Head of Sales, leverage CRM and outbound tools, and work from a fully remote setup with flexible hours. Prior ecommerce or martech exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of SaaS sales experience, ideally in ecommerce or martech.
• Proven track record of hitting quota in closing roles.
• Experience selling to SMB and mid-market customers.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from discovery to close for SMB and mid-market Shopify brands.
• Manage inbound demo requests and outreach-driven leads.
• Run personalized demos and clearly communicate TxtCart’s value.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline using CRM and outbound tools.
• Hit and exceed monthly/quarterly quota targets.
• Collaborate with marketing on messaging and lead quality.
• Provide feedback to product based on merchant requests.
• Document and refine sales playbooks as we scale.
