Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Account Manager for remote work with up to 30% travel across the US.

You will develop new business from existing clients, cross-sell products, and guide customers through SaaS deployments and hardware integrations. You will demonstrate products such as Site Manager and Asset Tracking, coordinate with Customer Support and Product Development, and pursue quarterly quotas.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with at least 1 year in a closing role.
• Bachelor's or Associate degree (Engineering, Technology, or business-related field) preferred.
• Experience using CRM solutions such as Zoho is preferred; proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Solid mechanical and technology skillset with troubleshooting experience.
• Commercial Jobsite and Construction Knowledge preferred.
• Ability to build relationships and work effectively with customers and internal teams.
• Experience with Subscription Sales and Selling Construction SAAS Products.
• Ability to Propose, Demo, Value Sell, and Close the Sales Cycle.
• Ability to Develop Cross Company Relationships with Account Base.
• Ability to Accumulate Account Details and Build Story to Create Client Expansion Opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
• Understand customer goals, challenges, timeline, budget, and authority, and create account strategies for clients within your book of business.
• Responsible for maintaining close relationships with existing users as well as key potential customers.
• Perform sales demos and drive product adoption across SaaS and hardware offerings.
