Job summary

UpGuard is seeking an Account Manager to focus on renewals and growth within a portfolio of strategic customers. You will own the renewal process, coordinate with sales, legal, and finance, and ensure clients extract ongoing value from our Cyber Risk Posture Management platform.

You should bring a commercial background in SaaS renewals, strong negotiation skills, and a data-driven approach. The role reports to the Head of Account Management and offers a fully remote setup with generous benefits

Qualifications

Experience as Account Manager or similar commercial role in SaaS renewals.
Strong understanding of the cyber security landscape and Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM).
Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
Ability to analyze data to drive renewal and expansion strategies.
Collaborative mindset with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Drive Renewals: own renewal process for a portfolio of key accounts.
Revenue Retention: safeguard existing revenue and address risks early.
Revenue Expansion: identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within accounts.
Contract Negotiation: lead negotiations for renewals and expansions with legal/finance.
Market Insights: stay up to date on industry trends and client needs.
Collaboration: partner with sales, customer success, and marketing to align strategies.
Reporting & Metrics: track renewal rates, upsell success, and account health.
