UpGuard, a leading cybersecurity platform, is seeking an Account Manager to own renewals and revenue expansion within our key US accounts. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure customers gain ongoing value from our CRPM solution and to maximize account health.

The ideal candidate has SaaS renewals experience, strong cyber security knowledge (TPRM preferred), and proven negotiation and strategic-growth skills.

Qualifications

• Commercial background in SaaS renewals and revenue growth.
• Solid understanding of cyber security landscape, particularly in TPRM.
• Proven contract negotiation and renewals experience.
• Strategic mindset for account growth and risk management.
• Data-driven decision making with relevant metrics.
• Collaborative approach across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive renewals for a portfolio of key accounts.
• Safeguard revenue and identify renewal risks.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities with sales.
• Lead contract negotiations with legal and finance teams.
• Provide market insights and informed recommendations.
• Align account strategies with sales, CS, and marketing.
