Paylocity is a cloud-based HR and payroll software provider seeking an Account Manager I to own and grow client relationships within a defined book of business. You will resolve finance and accounting system challenges across AP automation, expense management, procurement, and spend management.

As the primary client contact within a dedicated services team, you will drive client health, engagement, and product adoption.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in a client-facing role in SaaS, consulting, or B2B services.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to influence stakeholders.
• Self-starter capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.

• Own and grow client relationships within a defined book of business for Paylocity for Finance.
• Resolve client finance and accounting system challenges across AP automation, expense management, procurement, and spend management.
• Collaborate with internal product, technical, and implementation teams to deliver optimal solutions.
• Monitor client health, prioritize engagement, and address risk signals before impact.
• Lead client check-ins and business reviews, guiding account updates and opportunities to deepen adoption.
• Ensure timely delivery of solutions with strong performance metrics and client satisfaction.
