Job summary

UpGuard is seeking an Account Manager to own renewals and drive revenue growth within a portfolio of key cybersecurity accounts, focusing on Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM).

You will collaborate with sales, customer success, and finance to negotiate renewals, identify upsell opportunities, and safeguard existing revenue. This role leverages AI-enabled tools to optimize account strategies and client value.

Qualifications

• Commercial experience in SaaS renewals and revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity landscape, especially TPRM.
• Proven negotiation and contract renewal skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive renewals for a portfolio of key accounts and ensure timely contract renewals.
• Implement revenue retention strategies and identify risks before they materialize.
• Collaborate with sales to identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and drive revenue growth.
• Lead negotiations for renewals and expansions with legal/finance.
• Stay informed on industry trends to advise clients and drive value.
• Partner with sales, CS, and marketing to align account strategies.
