Job summary

Smartsheet is seeking an Account Executive to join the West Coast Commercial Sales Team as a key driver of software and services sales across mid-market accounts. You will build a robust pipeline and collaborate with Sales Engineers and Customer Success to close deals across 500–4,999 employee organizations.

This remote role offers Teleworking options from anywhere in the U.S., and reports to a Manager, Commercial Sales.

Qualifications

• 5+ years full sales cycle management with a history of proven performance in the SaaS space.
• 3+ years of experience managing customer relationships in a B2B environment.
• Understanding of SaaS evaluation process and ability to execute each stage of the sales cycle.
• Experience collaborating with multiple functions to manage customer life cycle from engagement through renewal.
• Proficient in CRM and BI tools to track activities and territory insights.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a sales pipeline to meet quotas.
• Execute a solution-based sales process across multiple groups within enterprise accounts.
• Develop new business opportunities by analyzing high-value needs across departments.
• Leverage relationships to expand Smartsheet's footprint and drive renewals.
