Smartsheet Inc. is seeking an Account Executive for the West Coast Commercial Sales team. The role focuses on expanding software sales within a 500–4,999 employee client segment and managing end-to-end sales cycles.

You will build pipelines, engage multiple departments, and work with Sales Engineers and Customer Success to close deals. Remote role based in the US with strong growth opportunities and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years full sales cycle management in SaaS.
• 3+ years managing customer relationships in a B2B environment.
• Experience with CRM and BI tools (Salesforce, Tableau, Power BI).

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a sales pipeline to meet or exceed software and services sales quotas within your book of business.
• Execute a solution-based sales process across multiple groups within large accounts (500-4,999 employees).
• Develop new business opportunities within existing customers by analyzing high-value needs across departments.
• Expand Smartsheet footprint and drive revenue during renewals.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineers, Solutions Consultants and Customer Success teams throughout the sales cycle.
