Job summary

Smartsheet is seeking an Account Executive for the Central/East Mid Market to drive software sales and expansion across a defined territory. This remote US role partners with Sales Engineers and Customer Success to close deals and expand footprint.

You will manage MEDDICC-based forecasting, build a robust pipeline, and engage multiple departments to win complex opportunities. A strong track record in SaaS sales is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years full sales cycle management in SaaS or software.
• 3+ years managing customer relationships in B2B environments.
• Experience with MEDDICC or formal qualification frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a sales pipeline to meet quotas within your territory.
• Execute a solution-based sales process across multiple departments.
• Develop new business opportunities and expand existing accounts.
