Thryv, Inc. is seeking an Outside Software Account Representative in Baltimore, MD to grow and manage a local SaaS book of business.

You will prospect, build your pipeline from scratch, and drive revenue by expanding Thryv's software solutions in the small business market. This remote-friendly, field-based role requires 3+ years of direct SaaS sales, outbound sales experience, and strong relationship building.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct sales experience required (preferably in a SaaS role or company).
• 2+ years’ experience in outbound sales (full sales cycle) role required.
• Industry knowledge with the Thryv product suite.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Time and organization skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment with remote presentations.
• Strong technical skills with MS Office and the ability to learn new programs.
• The Outside Software Account Representative conducts >50% of work outside the home office.
• A valid driver's license and personal transportation are required.
• Must live local to the city of the job posting (within a 1-hour commute).

Responsabilités

• Grow and expand Thryv's SaaS clients in the local business market, building a personal pipeline.
• Identify and secure new SaaS clients via self-generated and company-initiated prospecting.
• Execute defined operational processes, cadences, certifications, and order-entry requirements.
• Participate in sales meetings, call calibrations, and training as needed.
