Hospitable is a remote-only, fully distributed company building software for hosts in the short-term rental market. We hire by timezones, not countries, and value bold collaboration and continuous improvement.

As a Sales Specialist you will qualify inbound/outbound leads, demo the product, manage a HubSpot pipeline from first touch to close, and drive quarterly targets in a high-volume environment across North American time zones.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of hands-on experience in B2B and B2C SaaS sales.
• Attention to detail and eagerness for constant improvement.
• Willingness to work in North American time zones (PT/ET).

Responsibilities

• Helping inbound leads understand if our solution is the best fit via Google Meet, email, live chat, and phone.
• Perform active outreach to cold prospects you have sourced yourself.
• Provide product demos, webinars and onboarding sessions via Google Meet.
• Manage a pipeline from first touch to close using HubSpot.
• Create and test new email templates and sequences in HubSpot.
• Smash quarterly sales targets in a high-volume environment.
• Understand hosts' needs and relay feedback to the team.
• Offer feedback on process improvements.
