Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience as an Account Executive, managing the full sales cycle.
• Results-driven, proactive with strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Business acumen to manage the complete sales cycle from lead to close in fast-paced sales.
• Proven track record of exceeding quotas in a fast-growth environment.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Autonomous, adaptable to a dynamic market.
• Familiarity with CRM tools Salesforce and HubSpot.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic account plan to achieve revenue targets in North American markets.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives.
• Own the full sales cycle, with inbound and outbound activities.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success to tailor solutions.
• Provide insights on market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions and opportunities in the CRM.
• Represent Hostaway at industry events and networking opportunities.
