Job summary

Hostaway, a leading AI-powered vacation rental management platform, is seeking high-impact Account Executives to drive growth across North American markets. This is a fully remote role, but you must be based in North America to collaborate effectively.

You will own the full sales cycle, develop strategic account plans, build relationships with C-level stakeholders, and collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success to tailor solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B SaaS account executive experience.
• Proven track record of exceeding quotas in a fast-growth environment.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills; able to work autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic account plan to achieve revenue targets in North American markets.
• Own the full sales cycle from lead to close (inbound and outbound).
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success to tailor solutions for clients.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and represent Hostaway at events and networking opportunities.
