Job summary

Hummingbirds is reshaping the creator economy by enabling brands to collaborate with everyday creators across the US. This remote-first sales role focuses on building pipelines, closing fast-cycle SMB deals, and driving revenue in a high-growth SaaS environment.

As a key member of the AE team, you will articulate value, leverage AI for personalization, and own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close while traveling to industry events as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience at a high-growth SaaS startup (Seed–Series A).
• Proven success in high-volume SMB sales with short-to-mid cycle deals.
• Natural storyteller who can connect brand goals to real-world solutions.
• Structured, self-managed, and able to own the pipeline from touch to close.
• Open to remote work across the US/Canada.

Responsibilities

• Master the everyday creator economy and speak about our marketplace to build trust with partners.
• Work closely with brands to align goals with campaigns and community.
• Highlight core values and focus on benefits over features.
• Develop and nurture a self-sourced pipeline.
• Partner with onboarding to ensure smooth handoffs and knowledge transfer.
• Stay informed through reading, podcasts, and team learning to grow.
• Leverage AI to streamline workflow and improve personalization.
• Compete collaboratively and strive to win by being your best.
