Job summary

The Hummingbirds, Inc. is seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our fully remote team in the United States. You will manage onboarding, drive campaigns, and work closely with brands to hit expansion and retention targets.

Our distributed Customer Revenue team collaborates with Product, Sales and Leadership to deliver measurable outcomes. You’ll own client relationships from onboarding through renewals, with a focus on growth and advocacy.

Qualifications

• Experience in the Creator world.
• Track record of a consultative, customer-first approach.
• Ownership of Expansion and Renewals.
• Ability to navigate cross-functional conversations with Product, Sales, and leadership.
• Experience in a fast-paced SaaS environment (Seed/Series A) and high-volume SMB CSM roles.

Responsibilities

• Onboard customers and guide them through the lifecycle.
• Partner with brands to align goals with campaigns and measure success.
• Act as main point of contact for assigned customers.
• Identify and pursue expansions and manage renewal activities.
• Advise on user-generated content marketing strategies.
