Day & Zimmermann is seeking a Team Lead, Recruiting RPO to guide a recruiters team within the RPO Operations division. This remote role, based in Kansas, focuses on full lifecycle recruiting and strategic sourcing to build a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs.

You will mentor recruiters, manage requisitions, and ensure processes align with company standards while driving KPIs and stakeholder collaboration across the business.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Arts, Sciences, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field (preferred)
• Minimum of 5 years in recruiting; at least 3 in staffing/recruiting with progressive responsibility
• Experience managing recruiting teams including hiring, training, and performance management
• Familiarity with recruitment compliance standards and employment laws
• Strong proficiency with recruitment technologies and platforms

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to offers.
• Build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders to sustain a robust talent pipeline.
• Mentor and develop recruiters with training and performance feedback.
• Assign requisitions strategically based on expertise and workload.
• Monitor metrics like submittal volume, candidate quality, time-to-fill, and retention.
• Collaborate with RPO Operations Manager to set goals and uphold standards.
• Drive recruitment campaigns and sourcing strategies for assigned accounts.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies (background checks, drug screenings, references).
• Promote inclusivity, diversity, and respect within the team and organization.
