Yoh Services LLC is seeking a Team Lead, Recruiting RPO to guide a dedicated recruiting team in Pennsylvania. You will oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, nurture candidate pipelines, and align recruitment activities with client objectives in a remote work setting.

You will drive KPI-driven performance, coach team members, and implement data-informed improvements to deliver high-quality hires for enterprise clients within the RPO Operations unit.

Qualifications

• Extensive recruiting leadership experience with a proven track record.
• Strong knowledge of ATS, HRIS, and recruitment analytics.
• Experience leading remote or hybrid recruiting teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for multiple accounts.
• Develop and nurture talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Coach, onboard, and evaluate recruiting staff; drive KPI performance.
• Align recruitment activities with client objectives and SLAs.
• Collaborate with RPO Operations Manager to set goals and KPIs.
• Drive continuous process improvements and inclusive hiring practices.
