Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• 5+ years in staffing/recruiting; 3+ years in leadership roles.
• Experience managing recruiting teams, training and performance management.
• Familiarity with recruitment compliance standards and employment laws.
• Strong proficiency with recruitment technologies and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offers.
• Build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders to maintain a talent pipeline.
• Mentor and develop a team of recruiters with training and feedback.
• Assign requisitions strategically based on expertise and workload.
• Monitor metrics like submittals, quality, time-to-fill, retention to drive improvement.
• Collaborate with RPO Operations Manager to set goals and standards.
• Drive campaigns and sourcing strategies for assigned accounts.
• Ensure compliance with background checks, drug screenings, and references.
• Promote inclusivity, diversity, and respect within the team.
