Day & Zimmermann is seeking a Recruiter 2 for our RPO Operations in the United States. You will lead full lifecycle recruitment, partnering with hiring managers and HR leadership to fill leadership and key contributor roles efficiently.

Responsibilities include sourcing, interviewing, offers, and onboarding while building a robust talent pipeline aligned with business goals. A proactive, customer-focused mindset and strong stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• 1+ year of professional recruitment experience preferred.
• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment software platforms.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Effective communication with clients and candidates.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates to fill roles quickly using systemic and innovative methods.
• Coordinate and manage the interview process with detailed evaluations and feedback.
• Collaborate with client leadership to understand culture and strategy for better hires.
• Maintain accurate candidate progression documentation in ATS and ensure compliance.
• Represent the client brand in all candidate interactions and outreach.
