Yoh, a Day & Zimmermann company, is seeking an experienced Remote Investment Management Recruiter (RPO) to support talent acquisition across Asset Management, Hedge Funds, Private Equity, and Financial Services. This role partners with hiring managers to craft sourcing strategies and deliver high‑quality candidates for professional to executive‑level roles.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of full‑cycle recruiting within financial services, strong sourcing skills, and experience using LinkedIn

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, HR, or related (a plus).
• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting within Financial Services, Investment Management, Asset Management, Capital Markets, or Alternative Investments.
• Strong sourcing skills and experience identifying passive candidates.

Responsabilités

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake through offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting and sourcing strategies.
• Recruit for positions within Fund Accounting, Fund Administration, Investment Operations, Finance, Accounting, Risk, Compliance, and Leadership functions.
• Build talent pipelines across Asset Management, Alternative Investments, Hedge Funds, Private Equity, and Financial Services.
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to identify passive candidates.
• Conduct candidate screening, assessment, and interview coordination.
• Provide hiring managers with market intelligence regarding talent availability and compensation trends.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate and client experience.
• Maintain accurate candidate activity and hiring data within ATS platforms.
• Consistently meet recruiting metrics and service-level expectations.
