EBSCO Information Services, Inc. is seeking a Royalty Accountant II to manage the full royalty cycle for a group of publishers, including calculation, reporting, and payments. This remote role is US-based only and supports collaboration across internal departments to resolve royalty data issues.

You will join a finance team of about 15 professionals in a hybrid-remote environment, gaining resources, training, and opportunities for career growth within EBSCO.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in business studies or accounting required.
• 2+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience.
• Intermediate or advanced Excel skills; familiarity with Access databases.

Responsabilidades

• Review order details and calculate royalties due for assigned business lines.
• Manage monthly and quarterly royalty reporting and payment process.
• Reconcile monthly and quarterly reports with publishers as requested.
• Collaborate with internal teams to analyze and resolve royalty data issues.
• Prepare ad hoc reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain relationships with publishers and assist with publisher payment accounts.
