This U.S.-based remote role emphasizes accuracy and collaboration across finance teams.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s in accounting/business, 2+ years of accounting experience, and strong Excel/Access skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business studies/accounting is required.
• 2+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience.
• Intermediate or advanced Microsoft Excel skills and familiarity with Access databases.

Responsibilities

• Review order details and calculate royalties due for assigned business lines.
• Manage monthly and quarterly royalty reporting and payment processes.
• Reconcile monthly and quarterly reports with publishers as requested.
• Collaborate with internal departments to analyze and resolve data and royalty errors.
• Perform general ledger account reconciliation and create journal entries.
• Assist with establishing/updating publisher payment accounts with Vendor Management Team.
• Prepare ad hoc reporting and analysis for internal/external stakeholders.
• Maintain positive, professional relationships with publishers.
• Support technology initiatives to improve royalty processing and workflows.
