EBSCO Information Services seeks a Royalty Accountant II to manage the full royalty cycle for multiple publishers, including calculation, reporting, and payment, within a hybrid-remote accounting team.

This US-based remote role supports a team of about 15 accounting professionals, offering growth opportunities, a strong benefits package, and remote-work flexibility. Salary range USD 54,600–78,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business studies or accounting.
• 2+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience.
• Intermediate or advanced Microsoft Excel skills; familiarity with Access databases.

Responsibilities

• Review order details and calculate royalties for assigned publishers.
• Manage monthly and quarterly royalty reporting and payments.
• Reconcile reports with publishers and resolve discrepancies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to analyze data and royalty errors.
• Prepare ad hoc reports for stakeholders.
• Maintain positive relationships with publishers.
