Responsibilities include reviewing requests, logging and scanning records, and processing physician office requests while ensuring HIPAA compliance and customer service excellence. Competitive hourly pay and benefits apply.

Mansioni

• Determine records to be released by reviewing requestor information per HIPAA guidelines.
• Answer phone calls concerning ROI issues.
• Respond to walk-in customers requesting medical records and log data into ROI On-Line.
• Process requests from physician offices and fax information as needed.
• Log and scan medical record requests into ROI On-Line.
• Comply with site policies and regulations.
• Handle and record cash payments for requests at specified sites.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
