Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prior ROI experience in a physician's office or HIM department is a plus.
• Demonstrates proficiency with data entry and web-based systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to work in a remote environment.

• Process ROI requests by reviewing requester info and HIPAA guidelines.
• Access patient data from client EHR systems to determine records to release.
• Respond to phone, email, and secure messages regarding ROI issues.
