MRO Corporation is seeking an ROI Specialist to support at client sites for releasing patient records in compliance with HIPAA. Responsibilities include data entry, handling ROI requests, and logging/scanning records in ROI On-Line.

The role requires strong attention to detail, reliable dependability, and good communication skills. This position is location-sensitive to client sites across the United States, including Mississippi locations.

Qualifikationen

• Data entry experience and basic computer skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet production goals.
• Strong verbal communication and customer inquiry handling.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• HIPAA knowledge preferred; healthcare terminology a plus.

Aufgaben

• Review requests to determine records to release per HIPAA guidelines.
• Answer phone calls about ROI issues.
• Assist walk-in customers and log data into ROI On-Line.
• Process requests from physician offices and fax records as needed.
• Log and scan medical records into ROI On-Line.
• Handle cash payments at client sites where required.
• Adhere to site policies and perform other duties as assigned.
