Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree with 0 years of clinical, sales or related experience.
• Willingness to travel nationwide (>75%).
• Experience in healthcare technology or OR environments is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Meet with robotic program stakeholders to set goals and metrics.
• Develop surgeon training plans and coordinate off-site trainings.
• Coordinate staff training and proctored cases post-training.
• Support technology adoption during learning sessions.
• Apply change management to engage clinical stakeholders.
• Coach hospital staff to achieve self-sufficiency in operations.
• Coordinate with Medtronic FSE and hospital staff for OR prep.
• Track milestones to demonstrate pilot value.
• Travel >75% and work remotely across the country.
