Medtronic in Poland seeks a start-up specialist to ensure successful integration of the HUGO RAS-system in hospitals. You will lead physician training and coordinate proctored sessions, while guiding staff through the learning curve and optimizing operating room readiness.

The role requires wide travel across the country, linguistic fluency in Polish and English, and collaboration with clinical teams and Medtronic field service engineers to advance robotic surgery programs.

Qualifications

• Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Nursing or related field.
• Fluent in Polish and English; additional languages a plus.
• Willingness to travel across the country at least 75%.

Responsabilités

• Lead successful integration of the HUGO RAS-system into hospitals.
• Develop surgeon training plans and coordinate off-site training sessions.
• Coordinate staff training and support during learning curves.
• Engage stakeholders to drive adoption and change management.
• Collaborate with field service engineers and hospital teams to prepare OR.
• Drive program metrics and continuous improvement.
