Medtronic is seeking an Area Sales Manager – Surgical Robotics to lead direct sales of the Hugo RAS System and related services across the territory. This role requires building coalitions within hospitals, navigating long sales cycles, and driving opportunities to closure with persistence.

You will develop targeted sales strategies, engage hospital executives with business cases, and collaborate with internal teams to expand robotic-assisted surgery adoption while traveling to meet clients in

Formación

• 10+ years of sales experience in a medical or operating room environment.
• 3 years of dedicated capital complex selling.
• Must be able to travel region assigned (50% plus).

Responsabilidades

• Promotes and sells Medtronic Medical/Scientific Equipment within an assigned geographic area and specific accounts to meet sales targets.
• Engage hospital executives to develop business cases, total cost of ownership analyses, and contracting.
• Create and deliver impactful workshops, system presentations, proposals, and contracts.
• Maintain deep product knowledge of the Hugo RAS System to support demonstrations and customer inquiries.
• Build long-term partnerships with healthcare professionals and hospital leadership teams.
