Agero, Inc. is seeking Remote Response Associates to join the Roadside Assistance team. In this role you will be the first contact for drivers in need, handling real-time calls, gathering critical details, and guiding customers through urgent events with calm, clear communication.

You will dispatch tow trucks and service vehicles, coordinate with external providers, and maintain composure under pressure while delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, remote work environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle real-time inbound calls from motorists across the U.S. to dispatch roadside assistance quickly.
• Coordinate with external service providers to ensure timely dispatch and accurate service delivery.
• Use active listening and empathy to de‑escalate frustrated customers during emergencies.
• Navigate multiple dispatch tools and web-based systems to track progress and status.
• Collaborate with a remote team through Zoom and chat to meet performance goals.
