Agero is seeking Remote Response Associates to join our Roadside Assistance team, handling real-time inbound calls from motorists across the United States and guiding them through emergencies with calm, clear directions. You’ll gather location details, assess needs, and set expectations while reducing stress for stranded drivers.

In a fast-paced remote setting, you’ll coordinate with roadside providers using dispatch tools, Google Maps, and CRM systems to ensure accurate, timely tow and service
