Agero is seeking Remote Response Associates to join our Roadside Assistance team. You will handle real-time inbound calls from motorists across the U.S., gather essential details, and dispatch the right help promptly while guiding customers through stressful situations.

This is a fully remote role with a strong emphasis on empathy, clear communication, and collaborative problem-solving. Agero values adaptability and customer-first service as you support drivers and roadside partners.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to handle high-volume calls with empathy.
• Proficient with digital tools and dispatch software.
• Must reside in Alabama, Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, Tennessee, or Virginia.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume calls; gather location and vehicle issue details for dispatch.
• Dispatch with accuracy by coordinating with external service providers.
• De-escalate and support customers using active listening and empathy.
• Navigate multiple web-based systems and dispatch tools to track progress.
• Thrive in a remote, team-based environment using Zoom and Google Chat.
