Job summary

Agero, Inc. is seeking Remote Response Associates to join our Roadside Assistance team. You will be the first point of contact for drivers in distress, handling real-time inbound calls from motorists across the United States and guiding them through the next steps.

You will use multiple dispatch tools, stay calm under pressure, and collaborate with external providers to get the right help to stranded drivers while delivering empathetic, top‑tier service in a fully remote work setup.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer-facing experience in fast-paced environments.
• Comfort with remote work setup and home office.
• Ability to navigate multiple software and dispatch systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume inbound calls from motorists across the U.S.
• Dispatch with accuracy by coordinating with external service providers.
• De-escalate and support customers with empathy during stressful situations.
• Navigate digital tools and dispatch software to track service progress.
• Collaborate with a remote team via Zoom and Google Chat.
