Job summary

AAA Northeast is seeking a focused call center professional to support Roadside Assistance operations from a remote home-based setting. The role requires the ability to manage member requests, dispatch service calls, and communicate clearly to provide timely, high-quality support across the AAA footprint.

With 1–3 years of call center experience and a High School Diploma or GED, you will help coordinate resources, monitor ETA, and ensure member satisfaction while adhering to safety and policy

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of call center experience required.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Receives service requests from members and dispatches calls to facilities via multiple channels.
• Communicates clearly with members, explains options, and advises on timelines and costs.
• Monitors status of calls and coordinates with drivers and facilities to meet ETA.
• Maintains documentation and reports on call outcomes and performance.
• Coordinates RAP calls with external agencies when needed.
