Responsibilities

• Processes information from service requests and dispatches calls to facilities using multiple channels.
• Monitors status of calls and allocates resources to meet member needs and ETA goals.
• Communicates with members to provide problem resolution options and notify on delays or changes in service.
• Maintains documentation on call status and ensures accuracy before closing the case.
