Job summary

AAA Northeast in Providence, RI is seeking a Roadside Dispatch Associate to join our hybrid team. You will receive road service requests, dispatch calls to facilities, and coordinate with drivers to deliver timely assistance.

Responsibilities

• Receives road service request information and dispatches calls to facilities using multiple channels.
• Determines service type and best facility based on location, capabilities, and capacity.
• Prioritizes calls based on safety, weather, traffic, and ensures timely service.
• Monitors status and reallocates resources to meet changing service needs.
• Communicates with members with advice on problem resolution and notifies delays.
• Maintains documentation of each call and ensures proper codes before closing.
• Keeps drivers and facilities updated on call status and issues.
• Responds to service problems reported by members and drivers.
• Coordinates RAP call details with external agencies and documents information.
