Responsibilities

• Processes information received on service requests and dispatches calls to facilities using various channels.
• Relays data to drivers including member situation, vehicle problem, and location.
• Monitors status of calls, optimizes resource deployment, and ensures timely service.
• Communicates with members and provides problem resolution guidance and product/service recommendations.
