Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years call center experience required.

Responsibilities

• Receives road service requests and dispatches calls to facilities using various channels.
• Determines service type and prioritizes calls based on location, capacity and safety.
• Monitors call progression and reallocates resources to meet changing needs.
• Communicates with members to advise on problem resolution and service options.
• Coordinates RAP call details with external agencies and documents required information.
